Pokkiri director fails, but Charmi goes strong

Actress Charmi made her debut in Tamil cinema with STR in ‘Kadhal Azhivadhillai’ and later was a part of some Tamil movies, which didn’t get her good credits. Apparently, she travelled to Tollywood and with her glamorous appeal managed to steal everyone’s hearts. Recently she had forayed into the production venture titled ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ that was directed by Puri Jagannath of Pokkiri fame, where she played the lead character. Disappointingly, the film didn’t perform well and yet not shattered by the results, Charmi has again decided to produce and act in a film. This time, it’s veteran actress Revathi wielding the megaphone and official announcements will be made shortly.
